Microsoft Skype for Business is easy to use once you figure out how to navigate the maze of pricing and plan features. That doesn't mean, however, that it would be perfect for every business (as I'll explain). During the course of this review, I kept thinking Microsoft Skype for Business would have been perfect for that scenario.
